Hijab Butch Blues - Lamya H.

£16.99

Not only is this one of my favourite covers of all time, but the grace, expansiveness and curiosity of this memoir is mind blowing!

As a memoir of growing up queer in a Muslim household, this would have been a powerful enough read. But it’s so much more. The intelligence and thoughtfulness she so easily displays in her journey to understand how her faith could help and hinder her mission to be the architect of her own life is awe inspiring.
